Weight Today: 263
Weight Loss: 0 lb
Total Weight Loss: 10 lbs

So it looks like my weight loss has stabilized. For now any ways. Which is understandable, because I haven't been able to exercise because of my foot. A little disappointed, but it's all logical. I hope I am able to get in to the gym by the weekend.

Isagenix has been great so far, but I can't depend on it to do all the work. I have to be willing to do the rest if I expect to get to 170 lbs. I've lost big amounts of weight before, so I'm hopeful. I know what it takes.

That's just what I need - a pat on the back. ;)

I just need to stay positive and keep that fire under me.

I've kind of gotten to the point where it's do or die.

I haven't treated my body very well, and I have no choice but to change my habits.

My body is telling me it can't take much more abuse.

Kind of embarrassing. :(

You are doing awesome! Just remember that to lose weight it takes dedication and the right combination of proper nutrition and exercise (burn more calories than you use). We are all routing for you. Take it from someone who knows!!!
